Description

We use this as the base install for all new Centos 5.3 virtual hosts. It has the ability to easily resize the root volume on install with a script provided in root's home (see readme.txt). The kernel is optimized for a vmware guest, all unnecessary services are turned off. Increase your memory and hard disk as needed and install what you want with yum. This is a good tuned optimized base to easily build on.
