Step 1: Applying to a Position
To apply for an opportunity, please submit your resume online - no cover letter is necessary. You may browse through our openings. We are no longer accepting paper resumes at our events.
Step 2: Reviewing Your Application
Submitted resumes go into our database, where they are reviewed by our recruiters in 2-3 weeks time.
Step 3: Initial Contact
If there is a possible fit for you, you will be contacted by one of our recruiters. Your interests and abilities are further discussed at this time. You may then proceed to speaking with hiring managers at step 4.
Step 4: Phone Screen
A phone screen is then set up to assess mutual fit. For technical positions, a technical interview is conducted. For business positions, a behavioral-based interview is conducted. Intern position candidates generally go through two or three phone screens, and then a final decision is made (moving directly to step 6). Full-time position candidates who successfully complete two or three phone screens are invited to an on-site interview (step 5).
Step 5: On-Site Interview
If you are interviewing for a full-time position, arrangements are made for you to interview at the location where your opportunity is based. At the on-site interview, you meet with the hiring manager and some of your potential colleagues. This is a two-way process, so we encourage candidates to use this as an opportunity to assess your fit and interest in the position, organization and company as a whole.
Step 6: Final Decision
The recruiter who initially contacted you communicates our final decision to you. Please note that the entire intern/new college grad application process generally takes two to four weeks. We will work with you if you have time constraints, so feel free to contact your recruiter to check your status at any time during the process.
