Support Offerings
Along with our excellent self-service, web-based support resources such as the Knowledge Base and VMware Communities, the following support offerings are available for VMware Fusion:
Complimentary
Installation assistance for Fusion 1.x and 2.x is offered during normal business hours for 30 consecutive calendar days from product registration. For Fusion 3.x, installation assistance is offered for 18 months after product registration or until product end of life. Submit support requests either online or via phone; responses are targeted within one business day.
Subscription Service
Protects your investment by providing any major or minor releases launched during your subscription period.
