All customers can take advantage of VMware Fusion's 30 day complimentary support program. After you register VMware Fusion on your VMware Store account, you can enter support requests online for installation, configuration, or other technical questions for a 30 day period.
After your complimentary support period has expired, fee-based support is available through 1, 3, or 5 per incident packs for consumers and site support and subscription programs are available for our enterprise customers.
